Reliance Natural Gas Pilot Assembly. It is a replacement pilot assembly for natural gas water heaters. This assembly kit works on the following model numbers: 640YOMT, 640YORT4, and 650YOCT. It has a temperature setting of 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Please make sure to use the corresponding pilot assembly to the water heater. Refer to the tag on the original pilot assembly to match with the new pilot assembly.
