Need a Liftgate? Here’s What to Know
We offer
free delivery across the 48 U.S. mainland states, and most orders include
scheduled delivery appointments.
Some larger items ship by freight (LTL), and depending on your delivery location, you might need
Liftgate service to help with unloading.
What’s Liftgate service?
A
Liftgate is a mechanical platform on the back of a freight truck that lowers heavy items from the truck to the ground.
If you
don’t have a forklift or a loading dock, selecting Liftgate service makes receiving your item much easier.

$60 flat - Helps get your product safely to ground level
Once your item is on the ground, moving it into place (like your garage or barn) will be up to you.
Will I need it?
If the delivery is going to your home, farm, or any location
without equipment to unload a heavy pallet, a Liftgate is usually the best option.
If you’re unsure, feel free to

Shipping Details
- We ship from
CA, IL, NJ, or TX based on your location. - Orders are usually processed in
2–3 business days. - We work with reliable freight carriers nationwide to make sure your delivery goes smoothly.
- You can also
arrange to pick up your item at one of our warehouses. Just contact us in advance to schedule it.
Important Notes
Some oversized or extra-heavy products are
too large for Liftgate service. In those cases, a
forklift or dock is required at the time of delivery.
If your product falls into that category, we’ll let you know during checkout or by email before shipping.
