Cut it to size for a clean, precise fit or spiral it within the wheel for extra fun. Each package includes one light string in weather-resistant tubing for one wheel. An attached battery pack, silicon strap, and 6 mounting ties are also included. Requires (3) AA batteries (not included) for up to 48 hours of glow.
